The Manara System
MANARA, or ‘lighthouse’ in Arabic, is an online knowledge management and data hub developed by the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) for the Arab region. MANARA provides member States, UN Resident Coordinators, UN Country Teams, partners, and the public with a one-stop-shop to access United Nations knowledge products, expertise, data, and tools. The system is currently being adapted to the Europe and Central Asia region.
